Terms of Service
Last updated: 5 May 2026
These terms govern your use of Hub & Spoke, operated by Moshenarte Pty Ltd (ACN 112 227 479). By using the service, you agree to these terms.
The service
Hub & Spoke is an AI publishing platform. You create articles on your site (the hub) and syndicate them to social platforms (the spokes). Each site operates on its own domain with its own content and audience.
Your account
You are responsible for your account and all activity under it. You must provide a valid email address. We use passwordless authentication—protect access to your email. You may not share accounts or create accounts on behalf of others without their consent.
Your content
You own everything you publish. Hub & Spoke does not claim ownership of your content. By using the service, you grant us a limited licence to store, display, and syndicate your content to the platforms you select. This licence ends when you delete your content or account.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Publish content that violates applicable law
- Infringe the intellectual property rights of others
- Use the platform to distribute malware or spam
- Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
- Circumvent rate limits or abuse the API
We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Sponsorships and advertising
Hub & Spoke offers text-link sponsorships on published sites. If you purchase a sponsorship, you agree to the Advertising Policy. Sponsorship payments are processed by Stripe. Refunds follow Stripe's standard dispute process.
If you are a site owner receiving sponsorship revenue, you are responsible for applicable tax obligations in your jurisdiction.
AI-assisted features
The platform offers AI-assisted content generation and translation. AI-generated content is provided as a starting point—you are responsible for reviewing and publishing it. We make no guarantees about the accuracy of AI-generated content.
Availability
We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for downtime or data loss beyond reasonable measures.
Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical. On termination, we will make your content available for export for 30 days.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Moshenarte Pty Ltd's liability is limited to the fees you have paid in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Australia.
