Hub & Spoke is operated by Moshenarte Pty Ltd (ACN 112 227 479), an Australian company. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and your rights regarding it.

What we collect

Account information. When you create an account, we collect your name and email address. We use passwordless authentication via magic links—we do not store passwords.

Content. Articles, translations, and media you publish through the platform. You own your content. We store it to operate the service.

Analytics. We collect anonymous page view data to show you how your site is performing. Our analytics are fully first-party and cookie-free. We use a daily-rotating hash of the visitor's IP address and user agent—this hash cannot identify individual people and resets every 24 hours. We do not use third-party analytics services.

Sponsorship tracking. For sites with sponsorships, we track impressions and clicks using the same cookie-free approach. No behavioural profiles are built. No data is shared with advertisers beyond aggregate counts.

What we do not collect

How we use your data

• To operate and maintain the platform
• To syndicate your content to the platforms you choose
• To send you authentication emails (magic links)

• To process sponsorship payments via Stripe

Third-party services

Stripe. We use Stripe to process sponsorship payments. When you purchase or receive a sponsorship, Stripe collects payment information directly. We do not store credit card numbers. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data.

AI providers. If you use AI-assisted features (content generation, translation), your content is sent to the AI provider you select. We do not retain copies beyond what is stored in your account.

Data storage

Your data is stored in isolated per-site databases. Each site's content and analytics are kept separate. Analytics data is retained for 90 days, after which the raw records are deleted. Aggregate counts (total views, sponsorship impressions) are retained indefinitely.

Your rights

Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Correct inaccurate data
• Delete your account and associated data
• Export your content
• Object to processing of your data
